Payment

Payment is expected according to the terms discussed with the firm.  Generally, consultation fees must be paid in advance of or at the time of service.  A retainer fee will typically be charged at the outset of agreed services.  The balance of fees on an account will typically be billed upon receipt of an interview date.  A standard administrative fee is charged as a part of each agreement to cover the costs of telephone, fax, data, photocopying, or travel.  Special postage and delivery charges are billed separately.  If the firm arranges a consultation with a related professional, the client is responsible for those fees, which are also billed separately.

Invoices should be settled within seven days.  Late payments may be subject to a Late Payment Fee

Payment may be made by cash (in-person), cheque, and BACS transfer.

Payment may also be made by credit/debit card.
